Packages and prices

Three tiers, and the sums written out.

A worked example

So you can compare us properly.

Venue prices are hard to compare because everyone counts different things. This is what a real Saturday looked like last summer, with the couple's permission and their numbers.

The same wedding on a Friday in October would have come to roughly £19,400, and midweek in February closer to £15,900. We will do this sum for your date and send it as a PDF.

How booking works

Four steps, no pressure at any of them.

  1. 01

    Look round

An hour with Kate or Ade, on a Tuesday to Saturday. We will hold your date free for 14 days afterwards while you think.

  2. 02

    Deposit

£1,500 and a signed agreement confirm the booking. That comes off your final bill.

  3. 03

    Planning meeting

About ten weeks out we go through timings, numbers, layout and the wet weather plan.

  4. 04

    Balance

Due eight weeks before. Final numbers are confirmed two weeks before and can go up, not down.

Fair warning

Saturdays go about eighteen months out.

May to September Saturdays are usually gone a year and a half ahead. Midweek and winter dates are often free inside six months, and they are the same barn for a good deal less money.
